Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase at DIVEBEAM. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.


1. 30-Day Returns for Non-Defective Products

If you wish to return or exchange a product for personal reasons (e.g. no longer needed or ordered incorrectly), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:

  • The product should be in good condition and not significantly used or damaged
  • All accessories should be included
  • Original packaging is recommended when available

We recommend contacting us before returning an item so we can assist you with the return process.

Return Shipping:

  • For non-defective returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Restocking Fee:

  • No restocking fee will be charged

2. Defective Products Within Warranty

If your product becomes faulty during normal use and is within the warranty period, we will provide appropriate support.

Eligibility:

  • The product is within the warranty period
  • The issue occurred under normal use conditions

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.

For verified defective products:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label where available
  • If a prepaid label is not available in your region, you may return the product using a trackable shipping method
  • Return shipping costs will be reimbursed after verification

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Products returned after the 30-day return period
  • Products with damage caused by misuse or improper handling
  • Items that are excessively used or not in resellable condition

4. Return Process

Returns must be initiated by contacting our support team and receiving return instructions in advance.
We will provide the appropriate return address based on your order and location.

Provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product photos or videos
  • Description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

Once approved:

  • Non-defective return → Customer ships the item back
  • Defective return → We provide return instructions or a prepaid label

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process the return properly.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

6. Shipping Costs

  • For defective or incorrect items, original shipping and return shipping costs will be covered by us
  • For non-defective returns, original shipping costs may not be refundable
