1-Year Limited Warranty

DIVEBEAM products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.


What Is Covered

During the warranty period, we will provide repair, replacement, or refund for:

Manufacturing defects

Electrical or functional failures under normal use

Waterproof performance issues (when used within rated depth)


What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling

Failure to properly maintain O-rings or sealing components

Unauthorized modifications or disassembly

Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, cosmetic damage)

Damage caused by incorrect battery use or installation

Description of the issue

Photos or videos showing the problem

We will respond within 24–48 hours.


Warranty Process

Once your request is reviewed:

If the issue is confirmed → we will provide repair, replacement, or refund

If return is required → we will provide return instructions

In some cases, return shipping costs may be covered depending on the issue


Out-of-Warranty Support

After the 1-year warranty period, we still offer lifetime technical support.

Replacement parts or repair services may be available at a reasonable cost.
